Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our professional agency in Shepparton. In this vital support role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top-tier talent for our clients across various sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for people and a desire to kick-start a career in recruitment, working alongside experienced consultants and contributing directly to successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate searches using various platforms including databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and experience against job requirements.
  • Manage and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks, including preparing candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the team in market mapping and talent intelligence gathering.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative support, customer service, or sales role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
