Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Loader. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for preparing and loading metal components for the powder coating process, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning and masking surfaces as required.
- Load parts onto the powder coating line carefully and efficiently.
- Unload coated parts and perform basic quality checks.
- Assist with packaging and staging finished products.
