Job Description
Are you energetic, customer-focused, and looking for short-term casual work? Cotton On Group is seeking enthusiastic Pop-up Shop Assistants to support our temporary retail presence in Newman. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to a successful brand activation. We’re looking for individuals who can hit the ground running, provide exceptional service, and help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible hours and a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the pop-up shop.
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with the setup and pack-down of the pop-up shop as required.
