Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pop-up Shop Assistant to join our team for a short-term, part-time day roster in Kalgoorlie. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible work, gaining retail experience, and being part of a vibrant brand activation. You will be instrumental in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, assisting with sales, visual merchandising, and general shop operations in our temporary pop-up location.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain an immaculately presented pop-up shop, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Assist with setup and pack-down of the pop-up location.
- Manage inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
