Job Description
Canva is seeking a talented and passionate Remote Content Creator to join our dynamic digital strategy team. This is a unique opportunity to shape our online presence and engage our global community through compelling and innovative content. As a Remote Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing a wide range of digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, website copy, and email newsletters. You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and drive user engagement. We’re looking for a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of digital trends, SEO best practices, and the ability to craft messages that resonate with our diverse audience. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in Burnie, Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and digital marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms, including blog, social media, email, and website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm content ideas, gather insights, and ensure brand voice consistency.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to style guides.
- Monitor content performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital strategy.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
