Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-time Gardener to join our team in Newcastle. This role involves maintaining a variety of outdoor green spaces, including parks, public gardens, and community areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general gardening duties including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.

  • Operate and maintain a range of gardening tools and light machinery safely.
  • Monitor plant health, identify pests and diseases, and apply appropriate treatments.
  • Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
  • Ensure all garden areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of debris.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain schedules.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care techniques.
