Job Description

Join Costa Group as an Orchard Maintenance Hand! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in agriculture. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general orchard maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and thinning.
  • Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
  • Participate in pest and disease monitoring under supervision.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Report any issues with crops or equipment to supervisors promptly.
