Job Description
Join Costa Group as an Orchard Maintenance Hand! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in agriculture. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general orchard maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and thinning.
- Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
- Participate in pest and disease monitoring under supervision.
- Operate basic hand tools and small machinery safely (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any issues with crops or equipment to supervisors promptly.
