Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Online Product Categorizer to join our remote team in Traralgon, VIC. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately categorizing a diverse range of products within Amazon’s extensive inventory, ensuring consistency and discoverability for our customers. This position is crucial for maintaining data integrity, improving search functionality, and enhancing the overall shopping experience on Amazon. You will utilize internal tools and guidelines to assign appropriate categories, attributes, and tags to products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately categorize products based on established guidelines and criteria.
  • Maintain and update product information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or ambiguities in product data for resolution.
  • Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to refine categorization processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal categorization tools and standards.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data handling and confidentiality.
