Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Logistics Coordinator to join our team, working 100% remotely to manage fleet tracking operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of our diverse fleet, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our transport services, contributing directly to our operational excellence from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track fleet movements in real-time using advanced logistics software.
- Communicate proactively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues such as delays, route deviations, and emergencies promptly.
- Optimize routing and scheduling to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery statuses.
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, incidents, and efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and guidance to drivers as needed.
Required Skills
