Job Description
Atlassian is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online File Management Assistant to join our growing team. This is a crucial remote role for candidates based anywhere in Australia, responsible for maintaining organized and accessible digital records, supporting various departments with their file management needs, and ensuring data integrity. You will play a key part in optimizing our digital workflow and enhancing our operational efficiency through meticulous file organization and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents according to established protocols.
- Ensure accurate categorization, tagging, and version control of all digital assets.
- Assist teams with retrieving and archiving documents as needed.
- Implement and adhere to company-wide data retention and security policies.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in file naming conventions and folder structures.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their file management requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of file management systems and processes.
Required Skills
