Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Part-time Billboard Posting Crew member in Wetherill Park. This outdoor role involves the physical installation and maintenance of advertising posters and digital screens on various billboard structures. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ campaigns are displayed accurately and professionally, contributing directly to the visual impact of our outdoor advertising presence. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and possess a keen eye for detail. The work is primarily day-time, part-time, offering flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently post and remove advertising posters on billboards according to schedules and specifications.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of digital advertising screens, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Inspect billboard structures for damage, wear, or graffiti and report findings to supervisors.
  • Ensure all posted materials are correctly aligned, free from wrinkles, and present a professional appearance.
  • Handle and transport posting materials and tools safely and responsibly.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, especially when working at heights or with ladders.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 20kg) and work comfortably at heights using ladders or lifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments or repairs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outdoor work, construction, signage installation, or similar roles.
  • Experience operating elevated work platforms (EWP) or other lifting equipment (certification a plus).
  • Knowledge of Wetherill Park and surrounding Western Sydney areas.
  • First Aid certification.
