Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Nursing Agency Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Murray Bridge, South Australia. You will be instrumental in managing the placement of nursing staff, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare partners and agency nurses. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end placement process for agency nurses, including scheduling, rostering, and allocation.
- Liaise effectively with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new nursing staff, ensuring all credentials and compliance requirements are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency nurses, providing support, guidance, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of staff availability, qualifications, and placements.
- Ensure all placements comply with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Handle urgent staffing requests efficiently and effectively, often under pressure.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required to support 24/7 operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment role, preferably within healthcare.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
