Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and reliable individuals to join our team as a Night Shift Data Entry Operator on a part-time roster basis in Hervey Bay. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying a high volume of data into our systems during overnight hours. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within established guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting a variety of data, including customer information, transactions, and other critical records, into designated databases and systems.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Ensuring strict adherence to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
- Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records as required.
- Communicating any data-related issues or anomalies to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, particularly within a financial services environment.
