Job Description
Join the Woolworths team in Beenleigh as a Night Fill Team Member and play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and ready for our customers each morning. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, sorting, and stocking products, maintaining an organised store, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. We offer a high hourly rate for these dedicated late-night shifts, recognising the valuable contribution our night fill teams make.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and unpack delivery trucks, ensuring accurate receipt of goods.
- Sort and place products on shelves according to planograms and merchandising standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised backroom and sales floor during your shift.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely and effectively (training provided).
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve night fill targets and ensure smooth store operations.
