Job Description

Riverland Legal & Advisory is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Morning Receptionist on a part-time roster. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during morning hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, managing a multi-line system with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for legal and advisory staff.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide general information about our services.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
