Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Morning Bakery Hand to join our team in Victor Harbor. This part-time role is perfect for an early riser who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for fresh baked goods. You will be an integral part of our bakery operations, ensuring our shelves are stocked with delicious products for our customers each morning. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and baking of various bread, pastries, and other bakery items.
- Ensure all bakery products are baked to Coles' quality standards and recipes.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results.
- Stock bakery shelves and displays with fresh products.
- Maintain a clean and organised bakery area, including equipment and workstations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers when needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts as part of a roster.
- Reliable and punctual.
