Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Milk Run Offsider to join our Dubbo team. This ongoing, early morning role is critical to our dairy operations, involving supporting our drivers in the efficient collection of raw milk from various farms. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring that milk is collected safely and hygienically, ready for processing. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Milk Tanker Driver with the collection of raw milk from various dairy farms.
- Operate and monitor milk collection equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance on collection equipment as required.
- Ensure all milk collection points and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork and record-keeping accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and road safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, farm staff, and depot personnel.
- Be available for early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.
