Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding Telstra products, services, and accounts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and efficient service.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and resolve their concerns effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible afternoon shifts, including weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role, particularly in messaging support.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
