Job Description
Join Toll Group, a leader in global logistics, as a Logistics Data Entry Clerk based in our Ulverstone warehouse. This full-time role operates on afternoon shifts, playing a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting critical logistics data, ensuring that all inventory, shipping, and receiving records are up-to-date and correct. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly support our operational flow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter logistics data into our systems (e.g., inventory movements, shipments, receipts).
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and team leaders regarding data-related issues.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company data entry procedures and policies.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to accurately enter data at speed.
