Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Learn and apply proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks safely.
  • Verify shipment contents against manifests and other documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision, after receiving certification.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support inventory control efforts by accurately reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in all provided training programs diligently.
