Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Learn and apply proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks safely.
- Verify shipment contents against manifests and other documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock area.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision, after receiving certification.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support inventory control efforts by accurately reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in all provided training programs diligently.
