Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with the loading and unloading of various goods, ensuring items are secured safely.
- Verify accuracy of freight against delivery manifests.
- Navigate and provide directions to drivers for efficient route planning within assigned delivery zones.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the truck cabin and work area.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
