Job Description
We are seeking reliable and energetic Loading Crew Members to join our distribution centre team in Rooty Hill. This full-time position offers early morning starts, ensuring your afternoons are free to pursue personal interests, spend time with family, or simply relax. As a key part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are prepared for timely dispatch to our stores. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or invoices for accuracy.
- Safely stack and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as required (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar loading/unloading role.
- Current forklift license (LF or LO class).
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems.
