Job Description

The Pullman Reef Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Helper to join our dedicated team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience who are keen to learn the ropes of property upkeep, develop practical skills, and receive comprehensive tool training. You will assist our experienced maintenance technicians with a variety of tasks, ensuring our hotel facilities remain in excellent condition for our guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior maintenance staff with routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across the hotel property.
  • Learn to safely and correctly use various tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Perform minor repairs such as patching walls, changing lightbulbs, tightening fixtures, and unclogging drains.
  • Support with painting, landscaping, and general clean-up duties in maintenance areas.
  • Help troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report complex problems to technicians.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance workshops and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests as directed.
