Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Facilitate community access and social engagement.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check and Working With Children Check (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in a customer service or support role.
