Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Factory Hands to join our production team in Bundaberg. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Package finished products, label, and prepare them for shipment.
- Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting up to 20kg.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential).
- Forklift license (an advantage).
