Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and hedging.
- Plant and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper watering and fertilization.
- Remove green waste and general rubbish, keeping sites clean and tidy.
- Operate and maintain a variety of garden machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any pest, disease, or irrigation issues.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as required.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism on client sites.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of gardening principles or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping.
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment, trimmers, and blowers.
- Horticulture certificate or relevant vocational training.
- Current White Card (General Construction Induction card).
