Job Description

Village Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Ushers to join our team in Campbellfield. As an Usher, you will be the face of our cinema and theatre events, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with seating and general inquiries.
- Scan and verify tickets efficiently at entry points.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cinema and theatre areas before, during, and after screenings.
- Provide clear directions and information regarding facilities and showtimes.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Assist with crowd control and emergency procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare the cinema for upcoming sessions, including cleaning and tidying.
Required Skills
