Job Description
Are you energetic, meticulous, and ready to make properties sparkle? Ray White Broadbeach is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure properties are presented flawlessly for new tenants, maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive end-of-lease cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitise all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to a high standard.
- Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring spotless finishes.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Remove cobwebs, dust, and grime from all areas, including skirting boards and door frames.
- Adhere to cleaning checklists and quality standards to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within allocated timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members or independently as required.
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
