Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency calls promptly and professionally, gathering essential information.
- Assess situations quickly and accurately to determine the nature and severity of the emergency.

- Maintain composure and provide reassurance to distressed callers.
- Dispatch appropriate emergency resources, coordinating with other services as required.
- Accurately document all call details in the computer-aided dispatch system.
- Adhere to all operational protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
