Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Dairy Factory Packers in our Wetherill Park facility. As a Dairy Factory Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our premium dairy products are prepared, packaged, and ready for distribution to consumers across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable work with weekly pay and a supportive team environment. Full training will be provided, and all necessary clean gear will be supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery for various dairy products.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Accurately pack finished products into boxes, crates, or other containers.
- Label and stack packaged products onto pallets, preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or food production environment.
- Forklift license (though not essential, training may be offered).
- Current Food Handling Certificate.
