Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and resilient Cold Store Labourers to join our essential team in Tamworth, NSW. This role involves working in a temperature-controlled environment, handling a variety of frozen and chilled products. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch within the cold storage facility.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or damage.
- Comply with all health, safety, and operational procedures, especially those related to cold environments.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly cold storage.
