Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Lead to join our dynamic team in Blacktown. This pivotal role involves managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationships within the financial sector. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify client needs and proactively offer suitable financial products and services, including banking, lending, and investment solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, wealth advisors) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed client retention and growth targets.
  • Prepare and present tailored financial proposals and reports to clients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing a client portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
