Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote E-commerce Chat Agent with a keen interest in fashion and retail to join our dynamic customer service team. This 100% remote role involves providing exceptional support to our customers through chat, assisting them with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general fashion advice. You will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for shoppers navigating our extensive online store, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information.
