Job Description
As a Client Relationship Lead at Macquarie Group, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions that align with their objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Proactively identify client needs and cross-selling opportunities across Macquarie's diverse product offerings.
- Prepare and present tailored financial solutions, proposals, and regular performance reviews to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless client service and solution delivery.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice and strategies.
- Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve set targets through effective relationship management and business development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth or institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of a broad range of financial products and services (e.g., wealth management, banking, corporate finance).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RG146, CFA, CFP).
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Established network within the Western Australian financial sector.
