Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual General Hands to join our busy Campbellfield operations immediately. This role offers flexible working days, perfect for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. You will be an integral part of our warehouse team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. No prior experience is necessary – we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, both manually and using equipment where appropriate.
- Sort, stack, and organise inventory in the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and work areas.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders efficiently.
- Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
- Current driver's license and reliable transport.
- First Aid certification.
