Job Description

As a Billing & Account Specialist, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for accurate billing, account reconciliation, and providing exceptional support to our clients. You will contribute to maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring client satisfaction within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and generate accurate client invoices and statements in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and investigate billing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts, payments, and billing queries.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in billing operations.
