Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This is a crucial role focused entirely on managing written communications, ensuring efficient and professional handling of our digital correspondence. You will be responsible for triaging, responding to, and organising emails and other written messages, maintaining high standards of communication and confidentiality. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise incoming email correspondence from multiple sources.
- Draft, edit, and send professional written responses on behalf of executives or departments.
- Organise and archive emails, ensuring proper categorisation and easy retrieval.
- Flag urgent matters and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Develop and implement efficient inbox management strategies and best practices.
- Prepare summary reports of inbox activity and key communications.
- Utilise various communication tools and CRM systems effectively.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of email correspondence.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
