Job Description
Join the team at CSR Limited in Mount Isa as a Roof Tile Packer. This is a full-time position offering regular shifts and weekly pay for dedicated individuals. As a Roof Tile Packer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our high-quality roof tiles are correctly packed, stored, and ready for distribution. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who are comfortable with physical tasks and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack roof tiles according to product specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect tiles for defects or damage before packing.
- Load and unload materials as required, often involving manual handling.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
