Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance staff with routine repairs and maintenance tasks across the property.
- Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties as directed.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Help with the upkeep of outdoor areas, including basic gardening and rubbish removal.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for maintenance assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure a clean and organised workshop and storage areas.
- Proactively identify and report potential hazards or larger maintenance issues.
