Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets.
- Generate accurate and timely reports using various data sources and tools.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for reporting procedures and definitions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance data analysis and reporting skills.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of data concepts and database structures
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Technology
