Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Factory Hands to join our dynamic team in Mandurah. This is an excellent opportunity for both locals and backpackers looking for consistent work in a thriving industrial environment. As a General Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. No specific prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various production tasks as directed by supervisors, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Operate basic machinery and tools after receiving appropriate training.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in the factory area.
- Load, unload, and move materials manually or using basic equipment.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support factory operations.
