Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Janitor to join our team for casual night shifts. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel premises, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and staff. This position is perfect for someone looking for flexible evening work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and dusting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Replenish supplies in common areas and guest facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized janitorial storage area.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality for evening shifts.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items.
