Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Insights Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a 100% remote position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets from various sources.
  • Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Support senior analysts in developing predictive models and forecasting business outcomes.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical skills and business acumen.
