Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate SaaS Developer with a strong focus on cloud-native product development to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient SaaS solutions on leading cloud platforms. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features that delight our users. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure SaaS applications leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in software development, specifically with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, or equivalent.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with database technologies, both relational and NoSQL.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
