Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Pallet Repairer to join our team in Port Pirie. This manual role is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of our pallet fleet, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards for our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing wooden pallets using various hand and power tools in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming pallets to identify damages and defects.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools (e.g., nail guns, saws, pry bars) to dismantle and repair damaged pallets.
  • Replace broken components with new or refurbished timber pieces.
  • Ensure all repaired pallets meet established quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Preferred Qualifications
