Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pop-up Shop Assistants for a short-term casual role in Mount Gambier. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a beloved Australian brand and contribute to a vibrant retail environment during a special pop-up event. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the pop-up shop runs smoothly. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a passion for fashion and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the pop-up shop.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Ensure the shop floor is tidy, organised, and appealing.
- Support the Pop-up Shop Manager with daily operations as needed.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in line with company policy.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.

- Familiarity with fashion retail and current trends.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
