Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organised Toll Roads Admin to join our dynamic team in Mildura. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth administrative operation of our transport infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage documentation, assist with financial reconciliations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our toll road operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to support toll road operations and team members.
- Process and reconcile financial data, including transaction records and accounts.
- Assist with the management of customer inquiries and escalations related to toll accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transport regulations.
- Support inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
