Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Document IT support requests, resolutions, and procedures accurately.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Learn and adhere to IT security policies and best practices.
- Support team members with various IT projects and initiatives.
- Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs.
