Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership within PwC Australia. This 100% remote role demands exceptional time management, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, and facilitating seamless communication across various stakeholders. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their skills in a dynamic, flexible, and supportive remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Organise and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails as necessary.
  • Assist with project coordination, research, and data compilation as requested by executives.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide anticipatory support to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and records.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting firm.
