Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior dispatch coordinators in managing daily delivery schedules and routes.
- Learn to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates as required.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Support problem-solving for delivery issues and route adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
